The Spectra DAO is the ultimate decision-maker for the multi-chain registry.

**DAO Responsibilities:**

* **Chain Integration:** Voting to deploy new Nexus Vaults on new chains, such as deciding whether to add a Vault on Base or Sui.
* **Asset Whitelisting:** Deciding which external assets are safe to be accepted as collateral.
* **Risk Parameters:** Adjusting the caps for each asset to ensure the protocol is not over-exposed to a single chain risks.
